At Connections for Work we understand that most people know how their business is doing on a day to day basis and just keep records for VAT and tax purposes and if need be filing with companies house.  As Chartered Accountants we can help you with this.

 

It is important to know where you have come from and how much tax you have to pay and when.  But at Connections for Work we believe it is also important to plan for the future and be prepared for any big decisions well in advance.

 

You can't predict the future but you can be ready for it.

 

We can work with you to develop tools to help you see your future business, for example:

 

- Writing a business plan and working out where you want to go

- Preparing cash flow forecasts and budgets so that you can see what you need to do to get there

- Preparing monthly figures to see how you have done against the plan, discussing them with you to see if it is different from the plan and why

- Making sure you have all the right information to hand so that you can decide if you need to look at something differently

- Providing ways to check to see whether it is worth taking on a new contract
